How do I log in?

You log into the application using your Orion account. Log in with the same credentials you use for the UWB university systems.

I can not log in. What should I do?

First, verify that you are logging in with the correct credentials for your Orion account. Have you forgotten your password? Use the password recovery option

Who is the app intended for?

The ZČU app is intended for students of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Access to the application is also granted to newly admitted applicants whom we have assigned Orion account after being admitted to study. It is usually available approximately two months before the start of the semester, so that they can start using the application even before the beginning of their studies.

I have an IS/STAG Mobile. Will it still work?

The new ZČU app is gradually replacing the original IS/STAG Mobile. We will let you know in advance when the old app will be discontinued. We recommend switching to the ZČU app now.

How do I turn on notifications?

Enable notifications the first time you launch the app. If you declined notifications, you can turn them on at any time in your phone’s settings.

Where do I report an error or a problem?

Does the app show the current balance on the JIS card?

Yes. The app displays the current balance on your JUK account. If the balance does not update, try closing and reopening the app . If the problem persists, contact support via the contact form.
